A mixed level Vinyasa based yoga class that will challenge you but leave you feeling refreshed and balanced


Restorative Yoga 

This type of yoga is known for its relaxing, calming, and healing effects. We use props to support us so we can rest consciously. The use of guided meditation and yoga Nidra can be part of this experience too. This is an ideal style of yoga for anyone recovering from illness or injury, but also for an overall sense of wellbeing.


Slow Flow For All

A gentle-paced all levels class, suitable for all abilities.
